An introduction to the world of Paper Airplanes

The reasons for making Paper Airplnes are many, science projects, competitions, something to do in lectures and so on.

Before making a plane you have to know what you want from a plane, only then can you choose your design, and then modify it to your needs.

For example, if you need a plane to float gently down a steep lecture theatre, staying in the air as long as possible and going right down to the front, you require a floater type of plane, like the S93.

However, if you are throwing on level ground and need speed, you need a dart, like the Classic Dart.

And then there are planes used mainly for their unusual looks, like the Vortex.
